Cheryl Byers

Chief Executive Officer

As CEO of Byers & Partners, Cheryl brings decades of hands-on experience to her role. After more than 25 years spent in the oil and gas industry, Cheryl understands that running a successful business ultimately comes down to maintaining a strong culture and taking care of customers.  Cheryl possesses extensive experience in back-of-house operations, including HR, employee benefits, onboarding, training, and client relationship management.

Amanda Harmon

Vice President, Operations

Amanda has spent nearly a decade in the pipeline inspection space. She has served in numerous capacities, including administrative operations, event coordination, and business development activities. Raised in Cleveland, Oklahoma, Amanda’s ties to the pipeline community are deeply rooted. In her role as head of operations, Amanda works tirelessly to ensure that projects are executed seamlessly and to the highest standards.

Amber Hewitt

Chief Administrative Officer

Amber has spent more than a decade in the pipeline industry. During this time, she has developed valuable experience in functions such as AP, AR, and other back-office operations. Raised in Cleveland, Oklahoma, Amber was exposed to the pipeline industry from an early age and has continued that legacy by ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness in every project.

David “Earl” Travis

Field Services Manager

Born and raised in Muskogee, Oklahoma, David’s first roles within the pipeline industry began in 2008 when he worked as a helper and journeyman, providing support for numerous pipeline projects. In 2013, he began performing union work as a member of the local 798 and later moved into pipeline inspection as his career advanced. David contributes to the success of projects through his expertise in regulatory compliance and environmental stewardship.
